This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities in partnership with fellow Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to create a qualified sales pipeline.
• Leverage insights gained during the needs analysis phase to present an engaging demonstration of the Workiva platform.
• Effectively handle customer objections by eliminating barriers and providing solutions to various client challenges.
• Naturally steer the sales process towards closure by successfully highlighting Workiva's value proposition.
• Consistently and promptly update customer relationship management tools to log customer interactions.
• Deliver reliable and precise forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to project sales.
• Formulate and implement a sales strategy with intentional actions to secure the sale.
• Mobilize internal support to pursue an account and maximize internal resources.
• Prioritize sales activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Workiva products by committing to ongoing training and fostering a growth mindset.
• Share insights, successes, lessons learned, and best practices with colleagues across teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in a related role, particularly in enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales to large customer accounts.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of knowledge and relevant career experience.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Reliable internet access is required for any duration of remote work outside of a Workiva office.
