This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Create a list of potential conveyancing firms and oversee the entire sales process from initial conversation to closing the deal.
• You will manage multiple open opportunities simultaneously (including both new and upselling). Your target will be to finalize 4-5 deals each month.
• Build rapport and establish strong working relationships with conveyancing firms in your assigned territory, keeping them informed of new features and product updates.
• Perform demonstrations and tailor solutions to best fit the needs of prospective clients.
• Utilize and maintain our CRM system (Salesforce) to track all sales activities.
• Gain an understanding of the competitive environment and identify the best ways to position Redpin Payments and Currencies Direct in the market.
• Prior experience in a field-based sales role, preferably selling a digital solution or SaaS product to largely analogue customers.
• Outstanding Portuguese communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with law firm owners and senior stakeholders. Proficient in English (C1 level).
• Experience in mapping a territory and identifying the most significant revenue opportunities in that area.
• A foundational understanding of conveyancing services or related industries such as estate agencies, holiday rentals, or hotel bookings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate at all levels of decision-making.
