This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate new business opportunities and establish a robust, forward-thinking pipeline.
• Oversee intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes with defined next steps and consistent progress.
• Transform successful pilot programs into enterprise-wide implementations.
• Facilitate procurement, legal, and contracting procedures to finalize agreements on time.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Treeswift’s technology to effectively represent it in customer engagements, executive discussions, and at conferences.
• Translate product capabilities into clear, impactful business results.
• Develop and present business cases that make enterprise adoption a straightforward decision.
• Foster relationships throughout customer organizations, beginning at the executive level.
• Unite cross-functional stakeholders to promote adoption and growth.
• Establish yourself as a trusted partner on the key priorities that are crucial to your customers: cost, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with senior leadership within your accounts to help define their strategic priorities.
• Leverage your industry experience and insights as a genuine advisor, not merely a vendor.
• Formulate multi-year account strategies that facilitate ongoing revenue generation.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a significant focus on the electric utilities sector.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-million dollar deals in technical, infrastructure, or grid-related settings.
• Established credibility with both technical teams (grid operations, engineering) and C-suite or regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder utility purchasing cycles and converting pilots into long-term contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and the capability to build and advocate for ROI-driven business cases with executives.
• Willingness to travel within the US 50-75% of the time to meet with customers, participate in conferences, and close deals.
