This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the prospecting strategy by conducting insightful discovery, creating relevant demonstrations, and managing objection handling within a structured yet adaptable full-cycle sales process.
• Achieve or surpass quota for a designated set of prospects through consistent and strategic prospecting efforts aligned with state expectations.
• Provide active support to Account Management and Partner Success during the defined kickoff, launch, and review phases for new accounts.
• Represent TheGuarantors at trade shows, industry events, and client dinners as part of a targeted and comprehensive event-based marketing strategy.
• Collect and disseminate competitive intelligence related to market share, industry practices, and trends.
• Execute daily responsibilities related to engaging and acquiring new business with precision, timeliness, and consistency.
• Analyze, review, and maintain assigned prospect records, leads, opportunities in the pipeline, and account performance data while adhering to pitch scripts and operational guidelines to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Account Management, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to facilitate business closures and ensure successful client launches.
• Clearly and proactively communicate updates, risks, obstacles, and recommendations.
• Identify areas for enhancing pitch processes, script quality, talk track efficiency, and objection management while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Utilize data, judgment, and business context to guide decisions and recommendations.
• Independently manage assigned tasks and ensure follow-through on commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure that work is completed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned and aligned with business needs.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proficiency in Hubspot (or a comparable CRM), Google Suite, Excel, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Zoom (or similar video conferencing tools) is essential.
• Strong grasp of pipeline management and selling through a structured sales methodology like Challenger, with the ability to adapt that framework dynamically in various contexts.
• Proven capability to manage B2B sales cycles, collaborate with GTM, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, English Literature, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
