This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Proactively identify untapped business units within the Microsoft organization.
• Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies and pipeline development initiatives.
• Create and present customized solution concepts and prototype projects.
• Transform exploratory discussions into scoped pilot programs and prototype engagements.
• Act as the primary commercial owner of the Microsoft account.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with leaders in AI, data science, product, and operations.
• Oversee long-cycle renewals, expansions, and negotiations for new statements of work.
• Cultivate deep expertise in TELUS Digital’s capabilities in Data for Generative AI, Data Collection, Data Annotation, Data Validation, and Off-the-Shelf Datasets.
• Ensure rigorous pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and thorough account health reporting through Salesforce.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
• Strong preference for experience in selling to or within Microsoft.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Collection, Annotation, and/or Validation services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present tailored solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of data workflows and quality frameworks.
• Outstanding executive presence and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies.
