This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Serve as Sophos' local representative to assist all partners in meeting their booking quotas and achieving business and product objectives within the designated territory.
• Handle all daily inquiries from channel partners in the assigned area.
• Lead the channel planning process for the territory, which includes defining capacity, recruitment, and enablement needs for all types of partners.
• Identify and onboard top partners as outlined in the channel planning process.
• Facilitate the onboarding and enablement of leading partners to guarantee their success in marketing Sophos solutions.
• Communicate and follow up to ensure that top partners stay informed about all necessary training and certifications.
• Engage in joint business planning with key partners in the territory.
• Collaborate with the distribution manager and distribution teams to implement the channel strategy.
• Align Sophos resources to support activities undertaken by distribution partners.
• Build strong consultative relationships with key contacts at top partners and serve as the main point of contact to ensure their satisfaction.
• Relevant post-secondary education.
• Extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners within a technology environment.
• Proven experience in developing territory and business plans.
• Knowledge of security and general software channel ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in the local language and fluent in English.
