This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and implement the sales strategy for the Philippines, focusing on the top 10 banks and other key financial institutions.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline; ensure disciplined qualification of opportunities, governance of deals, and precise forecasting.
• Generate new and expansion revenue across Rocket’s product offerings, particularly emphasizing legacy modernization solutions for IBM Mainframe and IBM i (AS400) while facilitating disruption-free modernization.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with senior decision-makers in CIO/CTO roles, as well as leadership in Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Security, Risk/Compliance, and Procurement.
• Identify, articulate, position, and finalize Enterprise License Agreements (ELA) to expand strategic customer accounts, including multi-year frameworks that align with customer modernization plans and predictable commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address and resolve licensing inquiries during negotiations and renewals, maintaining customer trust through transparency and robust governance.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated success in enterprise software and/or IT services sales, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector in the Philippines.
• Proven track record in selling to tier-1 banking clients, with direct responsibility for managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Established connections with decision-makers and senior influencers within the top 10 banks in the Philippines (e.g., CIO/CTO, Heads of Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Security, Risk/Compliance, and Procurement).
• Strong history of meeting quotas and creating pipelines, with the ability to forecast accurately and manage sales cycles meticulously.
• Experience in creating and executing partner-led opportunities with System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and relevant ecosystem partners.
• Committed to exceeding expectations and capable of working independently.
• Possesses the business acumen and experience to effectively navigate large, complex clients with a diverse product portfolio.
• Proficient in both Tagalog and English (written and spoken).
