This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop 'Land' opportunity deals, ensuring detailed notes and precise close dates are included.
• Keep an organized and up-to-date pipeline of high-velocity, volume-based opportunities.
• Effectively present and convey all necessary information to prospective clients.
• Promptly address inquiries from potential clients, including follow-up calls.
• Collaborate and communicate internally with essential departments that enhance the client process, experience, and support.
• Efficiently close sales deals while guiding clients through the process with care.
• Offer proactive support and coaching to Account Executives on the team throughout their deal processes.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas according to role level while managing the complete sales cycle.
• Identify new opportunities and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Comprehend the communication needs of small, medium, and large business clients, crafting solutions to address their distinct business requirements.
• Generate leads independently by reaching out to prospective clients via phone, cold calls, site visits, networking, and industry events.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating key customer relationships, including key decision-makers and champions, to drive positive client outcomes, grow accounts, and enhance revenue.
• Strong integrity and a solid work ethic.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as being an active team member.
• Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes, with a proven capacity to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
• Ability and enthusiasm for establishing deep relationships with senior-level individuals across customer organizations, with a proven history of working with businesses of various sizes.
• Significant experience as an Account Executive or in a related SaaS sales role is preferred.
• Strong skills in identifying problems and resolving objections.
• Confidence in making cold calls to develop sales pipelines.
• Capacity to build client trust and act as an advisor.
• Proven ability to forecast sales to meet monthly targets.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of company services and its industry standing.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in the HR industry is advantageous.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
• Bilingual in French and English.
