This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop 'Land' opportunity deals that encompass thorough notes and precise closure dates.
• Keep an organized and up-to-date pipeline of high-velocity, volume-based opportunities.
• Effectively present and convey all relevant information to prospective clients.
• Promptly address inquiries from potential clients and follow-up call questions.
• Collaborate and communicate internally with key departments that facilitate client processes, experiences, and support.
• Efficiently finalize sales deals while guiding clients through the process with care.
• Offer proactive support and mentorship to Account Executives within the team throughout their deal processes.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas according to role level, managing the entire sales cycle.
• Identify new prospects and oversee the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
• Comprehend the communication requirements of small, mid-sized, and large business customers, tailoring solutions to address their specific business needs.
• Generate leads independently by reaching out to prospective clients through phone calls, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating key customer relationships, including key decision-makers and champions, to drive favorable client outcomes, expand accounts, and enhance revenue results.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working independently as well as an active team member.
• Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, with proven capability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to build deep senior-level relationships across customer organizations, with a proven history of working with companies of various sizes and senior-level personas.
• Significant experience as an Account Executive or similar SaaS sales experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in identifying problems and resolving objections.
• Confidence in making cold calls to develop pipelines.
• Ability to establish trust with clients and serve as an advisor.
• Proven ability to forecast sales to meet monthly targets.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Outstanding customer service capabilities.
• Deep understanding of company services and its role within the industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Experience in the HR industry is an advantage.
• Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
• Proficient in both French and English.
