This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Advocate for EverPure’s innovative all-flash enterprise storage technology and modern data platform solutions, ensuring that customers recognize the complete value of Pure’s offerings.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key federal stakeholders and influencers across various departments and agencies.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that utilize Pure’s internal resources, channel ecosystem, and partner network to acquire new federal clients.
• Lead coordinated pursuit teams that encompass sales engineering, leadership, and strategic partners to advance complex opportunities.
• Oversee and expand a robust pipeline of opportunities in the Greater Ottawa Area to consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual targets.
• Navigate the Government of Canada’s procurement frameworks and acquisition vehicles to effectively position Pure solutions within federal purchasing processes.
• Work collaboratively with strategic partners, system integrators, and resellers supporting federal programs and major technology initiatives.
• Proven success in selling enterprise technology solutions to the Government of Canada.
• In-depth knowledge of federal procurement frameworks and purchasing vehicles (e.g., PISA and related supply arrangements).
• Experience collaborating with key federal organizations such as DND, Shared Services Canada, and other major departments or agencies.
• Established connections within the Ottawa public sector partner ecosystem, including system integrators and other federal-focused partners.
• Experience working in controlled or secure government environments, with existing Government of Canada security clearance eligibility or active clearance regarded as a strong advantage.
• Authenticity and a sincere desire to engage with customers to understand their mission priorities and operational challenges.
• A Challenger mindset, capable of applying customer insights and technical knowledge to position Pure’s solutions for resolving persistent IT challenges.
• Proactive hunting mentality with proven prospecting abilities and the skill to create new opportunities, seamlessly transitioning between the boardroom and the data center.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling trust-building across both executive and technical audiences.
• Capacity to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory for optimal revenue generation and efficiency.
• Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across customer and partner organizations, while fostering teamwork and shared ownership both internally and with partners.
• Consistent history of exceeding quotas and cultivating long-term, reference-able customer relationships.
• Passion for customer success and delivering long-term value.
• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development, consistently generating $10-15M+ in annual revenue.
