This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Responsible for expanding the PCS Software client portfolio and acquiring new business accounts through outreach via cold calls and in-person customer visits.
β’ Finalizing multi-year licensing contracts.
β’ Engaging with existing lead opportunities and reaching out to new prospects through outbound calls.
β’ Strategically develop a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet quotas.
β’ Collaborate with Platform Engineers to arrange product demonstrations.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients, acting as the ambassador and representative of the company.
β’ Identify key decision makers and cultivate relationships with influential stakeholders to generate interest and close deals.
β’ Record daily sales activities and relay information regarding prospects and opportunities through Salesforce.com.
β’ Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to the closure of sales agreements with potential prospects.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, focusing on mid-market and enterprise transportation businesses.
β’ More than 5 years of demonstrated success in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and industry marketing events and campaigns.
β’ Formal training in sales methodologies with active application of: Solution Selling, MEDDIC/EDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar approaches.
β’ At least 2 years of sales experience in one of the following areas: Transportation or Logistics Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Platform Sales, Technology Sales, or a related field.
β’ Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
β’ Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
β’ Demonstrated capability in managing leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, and forecasting sales outcomes.
β’ A successful history of selling solutions both over the phone and in person, utilizing effective closing techniques, along with formal sales methodology and/or software demonstration training.
