This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Identify and manage new sales opportunities within a designated geographic area.
• Engage with and cultivate relationships with C-level executives across business and IT sectors for assigned accounts.
• Implement a sales process that confirms and qualifies the technical and business needs of customers to successfully close deals.
• Communicate the value proposition and demonstrate familiarity with ROI and TCO tools at a business level for Business Stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, engage in up-selling and cross-selling, and establish strong customer relationships.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets in a territory by developing a sales strategy, including a focused prospect list and a regional sales plan that incorporates collaboration with partners.
• Seek out, effectively qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and continuous revenue streams from both new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Global and local System Integrators and Channel partners to promote OutSystems solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of direct and indirect sales experience in the enterprise software domain, with at least 3 years in the application & application development space, including SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud offerings.
• Strong technical sales expertise with the capacity to convey business value to executives, including experience managing intricate sales processes.
• Proven success with the named account selling model.
• Demonstrated history of collaborating with Global and Local System Integrators and Channel Partners.
