This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Take ownership of the complete enterprise sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Propel deals forward with efficiency and accuracy; eliminate obstacles and transform opportunities into revenue.
• Develop and enhance Native’s presence within key regions and accounts.
• Collaborate directly with CPG manufacturers and distributors to identify challenges in market share analysis, distribution, and retail execution.
• Position Native as the essential operating system for driving commercial growth in traditional trade.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales with a history of meeting quotas consistently.
• Experience in selling subscription-based products; adept at promoting long-term enterprise contracts as opposed to short-term projects.
• Understanding of the operational needs of CPG manufacturers and distributors—covering aspects such as retail execution, performance management, and distributor oversight.
• History of progressing complex deals despite challenges—such as tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and existing inertia.
• Inclination towards decisive actions, assessed by the speed of progress and precision in forecasting closure probabilities.
• Opportunities for remote work.
