πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and execute a detailed sales strategy for each targeted account and geography, including their purchasing centers, that encompasses the complete range of Motorola products, software, and services (both core and emerging technologies).

β€’ Gather and organize a varied team of internal and external sales professionals to evaluate customer needs and meet their demands.

β€’ Actively pursue significant project opportunities that involve a broad spectrum of products, software, and services.

β€’ Take the initiative to engage and guide channel partners in promoting Motorola Solutions products, software, and services to customer purchasing centers when suitable.

β€’ Cultivate robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers both within and outside the public safety sector (such as Sheriffs, Mayors, CIOs, Police Chiefs, Fire Chiefs, and other officials) to comprehend and sway technology and funding priorities.

β€’ Establish Motorola Solutions procurement mechanisms for various solutions to be utilized across an entire target account.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, public safety, or military OR 8+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, public safety, or military.

β€’ A strong self-starter with the willingness and capability to identify and create sales opportunities.

β€’ Quick to understand new key attributes of products and solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers.

β€’ Capable of leading a diverse team to address customer needs.

β€’ Experience in high-tech solutions sales and familiarity with Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) is advantageous.

β€’ Understanding of industry trends and best practices is a plus.

β€’ Experience in data management using Salesforce (preferred) or a similar CRM system.
