Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with eCommerce brands and retailers looking to acquire new customers and drive growth.

• Prospect, qualify, and cultivate relationships with merchants aligned with your targeted sales focus.

• Identify the needs of prospects and effectively communicate the value of the Minty product suite.

• Lead negotiations to forge strong, sustainable partnerships with merchants.

• Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

• Collaborate across departments with Business Development, Partnerships, and Operations to establish contracts and ensure timely execution.

• Maintain proactive and ongoing communication with prospects through email, phone, and remote channels.

• Manage and progress opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in MarTech or AdTech SaaS sales, account management, or a similar role.

• Proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a quota-driven environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to dive in and build.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to retain product-specific information efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
