This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive the acquisition of new business, achieving or surpassing an annual revenue goal of over £1.5M in new sales by structuring and negotiating multi-year, multi-trial contracts to establish long-term partnerships.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting (with assistance from marketing) to contract negotiation and finalization, ensuring a smooth transition to our delivery team for implementation.
• Engage with senior decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotech companies using a thought-leadership approach, positioning our platform as an essential solution for clinical trial engagement and patient retention.
• Navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, including R&D, clinical operations, and procurement teams in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Manage your sales pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring precise forecasting and deal tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Science, and Tech teams to ensure that client feedback influences our product roadmap and evidence strategy.
• Remain updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies as needed.
• Extensive and verifiable enterprise sales experience, with a successful history of selling complex solutions to pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
• Proven ability to close multiple deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of £450K or more.
• Established network of senior decision-makers and procurement stakeholders within pharmaceutical and biotech organizations, capable of leveraging existing relationships to quickly generate enterprise opportunities.
• Significant experience in coordinating RFP responses, bid submissions, and bid defense processes.
• Experience managing intricate sales cycles, engaging and influencing diverse multi-stakeholder buying groups with varying objectives, formal procurement processes, and senior decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation skills in commercial settings, with the ability to craft strategic, high-impact deals.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle, particularly in clinical trials and digital health technologies.
• Proficient in HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation capabilities.
• Results-oriented – you take ownership and remain resilient in the face of challenges.
• Consultative and credible – you build trust with clients and can lead insightful discussions with them.
• Collaborative – you understand that great achievements require teamwork and build strong partnerships with internal teams.

• Gross salary: £70-80k base per year.
