📋 Description

• Sales strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales plan, pinpointing significant growth opportunities to surpass revenue objectives.

• Client engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients, providing customized staffing solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

• Lead generation: Propel lead generation efforts through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events to consistently identify and qualify new opportunities.

• Business development: Recognize and secure new business prospects in Southern Germany, delivering impactful sales presentations.

• Marketing contribution: Play an active role in the product marketing roadmap and initiate cost-effective marketing strategies to bolster sales growth.

• Market insights: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging prospects to enhance sales strategies.

• Travel across Southern Germany to engage with clients, attend industry events, and forge relationships that drive business expansion.

• Reporting & forecasting: Supply regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and insights to senior leadership.

• Demonstrated expertise in selling staffing solutions within Germany.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a strong capacity to foster enduring relationships and close high-value transactions.

• Embraces technological advancements and AI, acknowledging their transformative potential to innovate and advance the staffing industry, with a commitment to continually learn and sell new products.

• Self-driven and results-oriented, consistently surpassing sales targets and leveraging performance-based incentives.

• Willingness to travel frequently (25% - 50%) to meet clients and create new business opportunities in Southern Germany.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales and business development, always on the lookout for new opportunities.
