This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Increase awareness and spark interest in Jama Connect through targeted email campaigns, video presentations, cold outreach, and social media engagement with potential clients.
• Take ownership of the messaging and effectively convey the value of Jama Connect to prospective customers on a one-on-one basis.
• Oversee new business initiatives and expansion accounts, while pinpointing key individual prospects for targeted outreach efforts.
• Sustain a consistently high level of outbound activity within a remote-first work environment.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to discern trends related to key prospects.
• Engage in regular planning, strategy, and training sessions with our cross-industry team.
• Exemplify effective sales practices and keep precise opportunity records.
• Analyze and interpret pipeline metrics, recognizing trends to enhance the accuracy of deal cycle predictions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Strategic mindset in identifying suitable opportunities for Jama Software within the territory.
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and address complex customer challenges and business issues, demonstrating examples and success stories of how Jama has resolved similar problems with favorable results.
• Application of reference stories and industry best practices to illustrate how Jama can enhance operational performance.
• Proficient in leveraging their network to connect with key partners, able to advocate for change, influence executives to transform their businesses, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate deal closures.
• Comprehension of the complexities faced by enterprise-level customers, simplifying these challenges into actionable components through successful implementation of Jama Software and our services.
• Efficiently utilize internal resources to enhance territory and opportunity management.
• Ability to guide customers through the sales journey, creating a Customer Engagement Plan that outlines the essential steps to achieve a successful close.
• Demonstrate tenacity in overcoming obstacles to achieve positive outcomes.
• Smartly manage time and territory to enhance business results.
• Experience in the Automotive sector.
• 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise-level sales.
• Experience selling at various organizational levels (C-suite/Executive Sponsor) and across multiple divisions (product, marketing, IT, etc.).
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Application Lifecycle Management markets.
• Ability to nurture a coach or champion within customer accounts.
• Proven history of meeting quotas and achieving goals.
• Established track record of developing a mentor or champion within customer accounts.
