This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality account management outputs, including status reports, meetings, precise and actionable contact reports, and any pertinent competitive activity.
• Become well-versed in Client PRC: processes, submissions, and attendance as required.
• Take responsibility for the flawless execution of various client projects.
• Collaborate with the PM to oversee the production of a variety of digital and offline strategies.
• Work alongside the PM to create and uphold timelines, ensuring all Client-facing schedules are maintained.
• Coordinate with Partner Agencies and organize relevant Partner Agency materials.
• Maintain and update relevant status reports and trackers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Client business.
• Act as one of the primary representatives of the account team, including proactive daily communications with the client.
• Build trust and confidence within the Client team, fostering direct mid-level client relationships that extend beyond immediate contacts.
• Take ownership of developing assigned project briefs and contribute to creative and strategic briefs.
• Conduct ongoing strategic audits of tactical projects.
• Contribute to the creation of recommendations and points of view with input from strategy and the VP.
• Add value and support to the brand planning process.
• Be responsible for the budget tracker under the supervision of the manager, engaging in proactive and continuous discussions with the PM, Clients, and management.
• Collaborate with the PM to create and communicate internal forecasts, track and achieve goals, and handle financial reconciliations.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in general or interactive advertising with a focus on healthcare.
• Previous agency experience is essential.
• Proven ability to manage and successfully deliver multiple high-value, fast-paced projects.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate meaningful client relationships.
• Eagerness to learn, with a strong interest in marketing, advertising, and healthcare.
• A passion for innovative marketing across various channels.
• A strong desire to excel and advance within the account management sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of self-accountability.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Effective communicator with a blend of listening, speaking, and business writing skills.
• Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups, internally and externally.
• Ability to follow through and complete tasks in a timely manner with precision.
• Analytical skills to interpret and understand implications from relevant marketing data and budgets.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across departments to manage project flow.
• A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
