This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing deals with autism clinics and behavioral health organizations.
• Engage in in-depth, consultative discovery discussions with clinic owners, clinical directors, and administrative stakeholders.
• Successfully navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and financial decision-makers.
• Inform prospects about the benefits and impact of immersive VR therapy solutions.
• Propel pipeline advancement through organized follow-ups and clear ownership of next steps.
• Keep comprehensive CRM records that detail pain points, stakeholders, timelines, objections, and the buying process.
• Work closely with founders and leadership to enhance messaging, positioning, and sales strategies.
• Regularly achieve or surpass pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue objectives.
• Flexibly adapt sales conversations without depending on rigid scripts.
• Demonstrated experience as a full-cycle Account Executive or closer in B2B sales.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery abilities with a talent for identifying significant business challenges.
• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders within intricate buying environments.
• Capability to sell innovative or category-creating solutions that necessitate customer education.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English with a neutral, U.S.-friendly style.
• Availability to work during EST/CST clinic hours.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Highly self-motivated and adept at functioning in an early-stage startup setting.
• Strong active listening skills and elevated emotional intelligence.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in sales to autism clinics, ABA providers, behavioral health organizations, or healthcare practices.
• Background in healthcare, medical devices, health tech, or behavioral health sales.
• Experience selling high-ticket consultative solutions.
• Knowledge of virtual selling tools such as Zoom and pipeline management systems.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders or leadership teams in early-stage startups.
