This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to successfully closing deals.
• Interact with technical buyers, engineering leaders, and decision-makers within organizations based in the US.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points related to Node.js performance, observability, and security.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, lead sourcing, and proactive engagement with prospects.
• Advance opportunities through the stages of qualification, solution development, proposal, and negotiation.
• Work collaboratively with technical and leadership teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
• Achieve and surpass KPIs pertaining to:
• Engaged contacts
• Conversion rates to solutioning
• Progression of the pipeline
• Performance in closed revenue
• Represent the brand with professionalism in all customer engagements and external communications.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, holding positions such as Account Executive, Senior SDR, or similar closing roles.
• Demonstrated success in selling to the US market.
• Strong full-cycle sales experience with a track record of meeting measurable quotas.
• Experience in managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and product offerings.
• Excellent English communication skills, with fluency as a first language and a neutral accent.
• Proven skills in lead qualification, LinkedIn outreach, and lead sourcing.
• Ability to work remotely full-time with availability during CST hours.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRMs.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic growth-stage environment.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with Slack.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in selling technical products, developer tools, observability platforms, or infrastructure software.
