This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Lead the entire sales process: from prospecting and discovery to product demonstration, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
• Secure multi-year, multi-seat agreements with large enterprise clients across diverse sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, data, and procurement teams.
• Keep a precise sales pipeline and forecasts utilizing Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance and refine the sales strategy.
• Leverage Gong.io to evaluate sales calls, improve messaging, and disseminate insights to the wider team.
• Play a role in shaping our sales strategy and go-to-market approach as an early member of the sales team.
• At least 6 years of experience as an Account Executive at a US-based, venture-backed SaaS firm.
• Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise software to large organizations, including a history of closing multi-seat, multi-year deals.
• Skilled in managing the complete sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract finalization.
• Familiarity with sales tools and platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io.
• Understanding of the advertising technology landscape, including:
• - Advertising solutions,
• - Ad performance analytics, or
• - Data platforms that support media purchasing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexible startup hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.
• Experience at an early-stage company where you played a role in developing the sales playbook.
• Previous success in selling to marketing, analytics, or data science departments.
• Proven ability to close contracts valued at $100K+ ARR.
