This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ You will serve as the primary expert in transforming leads into satisfied, loyal clients.

β’ Close Deals Like a Pro β Finalize agreements and contribute to our mutual growth alongside our clients.
β’ Cultivate Lasting Relationships β Gain trust, address challenges, and ensure clients feel valued.
β’ Maintain an Organized and Effective CRM β Systematize, refresh, and enhance pipelines in HubSpot like a sales professional.
β’ Upsell Seamlessly β Identify new requirements and propose solutions that benefit everyone involved.
β’ Keep Lines of Communication Open β Ensure consistent interaction with clients, colleagues, and partners.
β’ Act as a Strategic Collaborator β Work across departments to enhance our sales, service, and scaling methods.
β’ Minimum of 2 years in B2B Sales (experience in SaaS or agency settings is a significant advantage).
β’ Familiar with Upwork β understand its operations, client needs, and effective pitching strategies.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) β you maintain a cleaner pipeline than your own kitchen.
β’ Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) β articulate, approachable, and convincing.
β’ Knowledge of Boolean Search / ElasticSearch is a plus.
β’ Self-motivated, resourceful, and adept at building relationships β you take initiative without needing direction.
