This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from start to finish across all deal sizes.
• Secure agreements with fintech companies, banks, and financial institutions, ranging from agile smaller clients to intricate, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline focused on conversions.
• Promote expansions, upsells, and sustained account growth.
• Generate pipeline through a combination of inbound, outbound, and proactive market initiatives.
• Travel throughout Europe to represent Flagright at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
• Establish and utilize relationships within the regional fintech, banking, and compliance landscape.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Flagright’s platform and its core FCC use cases.
• Gain insight into the operational practices of AML/FCC teams across various institution sizes.
• Conduct high-credibility product demonstrations independently.
• Effectively position Flagright against both established competitors and modern challengers.
• Set benchmarks for deal quality, depth of discovery, and execution of demos.
• Mentor and uplift junior Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through deal reviews and direct feedback.
• Contribute to enhancing sales messaging, objection handling strategies, and internal playbooks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams during evaluations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Provide structured market and customer insights to shape product direction.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct responsibility for closing deals.
• Experience in a startup or scaling company is essential.
• Preference for candidates with enterprise sales experience.
• Relevant industry expertise in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, acquired directly or through closely related roles.
• Comfortable managing deals from inception to completion across diverse deal sizes and sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and structured approach.
• Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
