This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from start to finish across all deal sizes
• Successfully close transactions with fintech firms, banks, and financial institutions, from agile, smaller buyers to intricate, multi-stakeholder organizations
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline focused on conversion
• Drive business expansions, upsells, and foster long-term account development
• Generate pipeline through a combination of inbound, outbound, and proactive market engagement
• Travel throughout Europe to represent Flagright at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
• Establish and utilize relationships within the regional fintech, banking, and compliance landscape
• Cultivate deep knowledge of Flagright’s platform and core FCC use cases
• Comprehend the operational dynamics of AML/FCC teams across various institution sizes
• Conduct high-credibility product demonstrations independently
• Effectively position Flagright against traditional and contemporary competitors
• Set benchmarks for deal quality, depth of discovery, and execution of demos
• Mentor and elevate junior AEs and SDRs through deal evaluations and constructive feedback
• Contribute to enhancing sales messaging, handling objections, and refining internal playbooks
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams during evaluations and POCs
• Provide structured market and customer insights to guide product development
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct responsibility for closing deals
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is essential
• Preference for candidates with enterprise sales experience
• Relevant industry expertise in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, acquired directly or through closely related roles
• Comfortable managing deals from initiation to closure across diverse deal sizes and sales cycles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, structured approach
• Visa sponsorship available for the ideal candidate
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time
