This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the hotels within your portfolio, providing support for commercial decisions.
• Oversee availability, rate competitiveness, conversion, and relationship health across the accounts in your portfolio.
• Lead negotiations on rates, inventory, promotions, and paid media for Decolar brands.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of performance reviews with partners.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prioritize accounts effectively.
• Convert data insights and context into actionable recommendations for hotels.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel industry (hotel, tour operator, inbound/receptive, OTA) or in consultative B2B sales/account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Consultative approach: listens before selling, understands before recommending; builds trust through substance rather than charm.
• Proficiency with data: advanced Excel skills, fluent in dashboard interpretation, and a desire to comprehend the underlying reasons behind the numbers.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the capability to initiate and lead a commercial conversation from the ground up.
• Ownership mindset: demonstrates initiative, follows through on tasks, and does not wait for direction.
• Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel frequently within your region.
• Native Portuguese; intermediate English; Spanish is an advantage.
