This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to our success, as the Account Executive team serves as the driving force behind Coverflex Italy's growth.
• You will enhance new business acquisition within the SMB segment, support our market expansion efforts, and assist more companies in discovering a modern approach to compensation and benefits.
• Your success will be evident after 90 days when you have established a consistent pipeline of qualified SMB opportunities, closed your first deals contributing to net-new revenue, led discovery calls, demos, and commercial discussions independently, developed a strong CRM discipline, and demonstrated early forecasting accuracy and deal ownership.
• You have experience in outbound sales and can demonstrate how you built a pipeline from the ground up, rather than just following up on inbound leads.
• You have successfully closed deals (B2B or B2C, full cycle) and can provide a specific example from initial contact to final signature.
• You possess a strong work ethic to organize and prioritize a full pipeline effectively.
• You are comfortable with CRM and sales metrics, particularly HubSpot.
• You demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
• You are fluent in both English and Italian.
