Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to closing using a consultative, SPICED-driven methodology.

• Identify, qualify, and cultivate leads leveraging CorePlan’s targeted lists and industry knowledge.

• Execute structured discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and propose customized drilling management solutions.

• Present engaging demonstrations to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

• Sustain rapid sales momentum while managing lengthy, multi-stakeholder cycles common in mining and industrial sectors.

• Guide and support team members by sharing effective practices and enhancing sales performance.

• Evaluate pipeline and deal metrics to boost win rates and enhance forecasting precision.

• Collaborate across departments with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive buyer journey and customer satisfaction.

• Represent CorePlan at conferences, trade shows, and customer engagement events throughout Latin America.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS and/or Mining/Industrial sectors.

• Demonstrated success in mid-market or multi-stakeholder sales processes.

• Proven history of consistently surpassing annual sales targets.

• Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and closing with a consultative approach.

• Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or other similar sales methodologies.

• Experience in mentoring or informally guiding colleagues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledge of mining, drilling, or field-service workflows is highly beneficial.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).

• Fluency in Portuguese would be a significant advantage.
