This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Acquire and oversee partners within your designated territory and Ideal Customer Profile.
• Drive the acquisition of new partners through proactive outreach (calls and emails) and strategic account development.
• Develop and sustain a high-quality pipeline that aligns with quarterly and annual objectives.
• Implement ConnectWise’s value-oriented sales methodology.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Ensure that deals comply with pricing, margin, and contract requirements.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume setting.
• Experience in selling to or collaborating with MSPs, TSPs, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to make 40-50 outbound calls per day.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and partner requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas and driving consistent revenue growth.
• Experience in selling solution-oriented or value-driven offerings.
