This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders across multifaceted organizations to address significant data and AI challenges.
• Drive intricate SaaS sales processes, cultivate strategic customer partnerships, and establish Collibra as an essential platform for data and AI governance.
• Work together with various teams to achieve measurable outcomes for customers.
• Enhance relationships with current customers across diverse sectors.
• Seek new accounts, build greenfield opportunities, and foster relationships with existing clients to ensure a robust deal pipeline and optimal quota coverage within your territory.
• Generate and stimulate demand for expansion within existing customer accounts to broaden Collibra's presence.
• Oversee complex sales cycles, from lead generation and stakeholder identification to negotiation, closing, and expansion.
• Engage collaboratively with customers, partners, and colleagues in a consultative sales approach to ascertain value and ROI that meet customer needs.
• Provide reliable and precise forecasting, with Salesforce updates that accurately reflect real-time activities.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise sales of data management software, with a strong understanding of relevant sales methodologies and proven success.
• Demonstrated consistent achievement or surpassing of your SaaS sales quota.
• Required experience in the data management sector.
• Familiarity with greenfield and expansion territories.
• Proven ability to initiate and navigate complex direct sales processes involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience selling new business and expansion opportunities to C-level executives within large enterprise accounts.
• Managed consultative sales processes that focus on value-driven impacts or outcomes.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
