This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ Play a pivotal role in promoting revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
β’ Assist organizations in automating their ERP processes through the use of AI.
β’ Take complete responsibility for the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
β’ Collaborate with senior decision-makers to identify challenges and create customized solutions.
β’ Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional value throughout the customer journey.
β’ 5β10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales (or equivalent complex solution sales), with a proven history of meeting or exceeding targets.
β’ Demonstrated ability to execute insight-driven enterprise sales cycles: you can respectfully challenge, quantify impact, and engage buying committees effectively.
β’ Strong executive presence when interacting with CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Shared Services, with a comfort level in navigating enterprise procurement processes.
β’ Capability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals: including mutual action plans, MEDDICC-style qualification, and disciplined forecasting.
β’ Strong collaboration skills with presales/SE and post-sales teams; you sell what can be effectively delivered.
β’ Proficiency in English and German (or another major European language based on territory).
