This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and manage activities related to the promotion and sale of company products and solutions by reaching out to prospects and leads to spark interest and qualify demand.
• Discover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the current customer base.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers throughout the sales process.
• Serve as an advisor to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of technical and industry information while also providing updates on industry trends and market conditions.
• Participate in corporate trade shows and events as necessary.
• Organize and deliver high-level demonstrations and in-depth presentations to prospects, customers, and partners; lead RFP processes and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Keep precise sales pipeline records and activities in Salesforce, analyzing sales statistics collected by the team to assess sales potential and inventory needs, as well as monitoring customer preferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or relevant experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of full-time experience in a customer-facing sales position.
• Proficient in IT, specifically with Microsoft tools, and the ability to utilize them as required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
