This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, managing daily interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and service quality while also identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders at various levels, including consistent engagement with senior leadership.
• Address client inquiries with accuracy and promptness, resolving issues and escalating quality concerns when necessary to ensure timely solutions.
• Identify, present, and facilitate the implementation of new business opportunities, program enhancements, and strategic solutions that drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Supervise client implementations and ongoing program modifications, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and business guidelines.
• Track service performance, key business metrics, and revenue targets; provide clear updates on performance and insights to internal leadership.
• Prepare and conduct client Business Reviews, including coordinating materials, documentation, logistics, and stakeholder involvement.
• Evaluate program performance and financial outcomes to identify risks, address issues, and propose solutions or alternative strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and business arrangement data from sales through implementation and ongoing modifications.
• Oversee contracting and re-contracting processes, working collaboratively with internal teams such as Legal, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Sales.
• Collaborate with Legal to assist in the development of contracts and addendums, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Implement program enhancements that boost operational efficiency and reduce costs while upholding service excellence.
• At least 3 years of experience in agency sales, marketing, and/or account development.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Private Flood insurance or NFIP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in cultivating long-term client relationships and providing tailored solutions based on business requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
