Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be our inaugural dedicated GTM hire, responsible for establishing the sales approach for agentic test automation.

• You will oversee the entire sales process — from prospecting through to closing — for enterprise clients in sectors like automotive, medical devices, and industrial automation.

• Create and implement outbound strategies aimed at QA leaders, test managers, and engineering directors within enterprise accounts.

• Conduct technical demonstrations illustrating how AI agents perform human-authored tests across various devices with screens — including infotainment systems, medical devices, and industrial panels.

• Navigate intricate enterprise sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.

• Foster relationships at industry events and through strategic partnerships.

• Collaborate closely with founders to refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

• Cultivate existing customer relationships into new opportunities and facilitate warm introductions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in selling development tools, testing infrastructure, or technical software.

• Proven history of closing enterprise deals worth €50k+ with lengthy sales cycles.

• Experience in selling to technical buyers, such as engineering, QA, or R&D leaders.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Must be based in Germany.

• Comfortable conducting technical demonstrations and engaging in in-depth product discussions.

• Possess a hunter mentality — adept at opening doors within enterprise accounts.

• Bonus points for previous experience in a testing, DevOps, or developer tools company.

• Familiarity with automotive, medical device, or industrial sectors.

• Established relationships within large enterprise accounts.

• Understanding of QA processes, compliance needs, or embedded systems.
