
Senior Account Executive – Amiko Dispute Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Take full responsibility for the entire sales process and drive the acquisition of new customers in key European markets.
• Develop and oversee the commercial strategy for Amiko's expansion in Europe.
• Collaborate closely with the Founders to secure significant strategic accounts.
• Build, oversee, and prioritize your sales pipeline to effectively qualify prospects from the outset.
• Network and interact with senior stakeholders within client organizations.
• Serve as the market's voice, providing essential feedback to the Product team.
• Work in conjunction with other business functions such as marketing, events, and delivery.
• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• Exceptional ability to work independently and execute systematically.
• Extensive knowledge of the payment fraud and disputes sector.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in commercial storytelling.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to define commercial positioning.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% for client meetings and industry events.
• Residing in the UK/EU/EFTA with the legal right to work in that location.
