
Senior Account Executive – Allergy, Asthma & Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +4 more states.
• Meet established sales objectives within your territory by fostering prescription growth and promoting service adoption across Immune Globulin, Hereditary Angioedema, and Asthma & Allergy biologics drug therapies.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with advanced practice providers, office personnel, infusion centers, and healthcare systems to facilitate uninterrupted patient care.
• Inform healthcare providers about Accredo’s specialty pharmacy offerings, encompassing access solutions, patient support services, prior authorization aid, and therapy-specific workflows.
• Create strategic account plans utilizing prescribing patterns, payer dynamics, and market intelligence to discover opportunities and oversee territory expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams — including Physician Support Specialists, pharmacists, reimbursement experts, and payer account managers — to guarantee prompt onboarding, therapy commencement, and patient assistance.
• Work together with manufacturer representatives on common objectives, pull-through opportunities, and coordinated provider education.
• Keep precise CRM records, call logs, and all necessary administrative tasks up to date in Salesforce.
• Act as an ambassador for Accredo at regional and national meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, ideally within the healthcare or specialty markets.
• Residency in New England states is mandatory.
• Proven experience engaging with physicians or advanced practice providers in a specialty therapy context.
• Strong comprehension of managed care, specialty pharmacy operations, and reimbursement systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis, insight generation, and translating findings into actionable strategies for the territory.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the designated territory (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire & Maine).
