This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Identify and target organizations utilizing IBM Maximo, IBM MAS, Enterprise Asset Management, EAM, CMMS, and asset-intensive software platforms.
• Develop a pipeline of enterprise clients across various sectors including facilities management, utilities, transportation, rail, aviation, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, public sector, and real estate.
• Interact with CIOs, IT Directors, Asset Management Directors, Maintenance Directors, Reliability Managers, Operations Leaders, and Procurement teams.
• Present MaxAccelerate’s Maximo consulting, implementation, upgrade, support, and professional services capabilities.
• Facilitate the sale of DataMax AI software, including AI reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and automation solutions to Maximo clients.
• Acquire knowledge on positioning and selling AI software, SaaS, analytics, and managed professional services to enterprise customers.
• Schedule discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and advance sales discussions.
• Introduce specialist Maximo consultants and delivery teams to prospective clients.
• Foster long-term client relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor in the Maximo, EAM, and AI transformation sectors.
• Source, qualify, and establish relationships with seasoned Maximo consultants, developers, technical consultants, functional consultants, MAS architects, integration consultants, report developers, support consultants, and EAM specialists.
• Manage and expand our existing network of over 2,000 Maximo professionals worldwide.
• Comprehend consultant skills, availability, rates, locations, project experience, and alignment with client requirements.
• Match technical profiles with client opportunities.
• Market consultant profiles, project teams, and delivery capabilities to target accounts.
• Create specialized talent pools across IBM Maximo, MAS 8, MAS 9, Manage, Health, Predict, Mobile, Scheduler, BIRT, Cognos, integrations, OpenShift, Red Hat, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Assist clients with contract, permanent, project-based, and managed service hiring requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the global Maximo and enterprise asset management landscape.
• Cultivate relationships with IBM Business Partners, system integrators, consultancies, and enterprise customers.
• Monitor client needs, hiring demands, upcoming upgrades, MAS migration projects, and AI readiness prospects.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and account-based sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, candidate notes, and client activities.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for both DataMax AI and MaxAccelerate.
• Demonstrated experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, software recruitment, professional services recruitment, technology sales, software sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales, or enterprise solution sales.
• A proven history of meeting KPIs, surpassing targets, and consistently achieving commercial success.
• Strong business development experience, ideally selling to enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Experience in opening new accounts, building pipelines, and advancing sales discussions.
• Confidence in engaging with clients, candidates, and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to sell talent, services, software, and capabilities — not just CVs.
• Proficient LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking skills.
• Good commercial understanding of day rates, margins, contract recruitment, permanent recruitment, consulting services, SaaS, or professional services sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and target-driven mindset.
• Ambition to advance into AI software sales and enterprise technology.
• Experience in IBM Maximo, EAM, asset management, Salesforce, enterprise software, AI, analytics, ERP, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, cloud, data, or digital transformation recruitment/sales would be a significant advantage, though comprehensive training will be provided.
