This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.
• Overseeing the expansion of vendor programs by initiating small to mid-ticket deals, structuring financing, and managing the entire lifecycle from prospecting to funding.
• Identify and cultivate financing opportunities in the aesthetic, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, and wellness equipment sectors.
• Create and sustain vendor leasing and financing programs in collaboration with reputable aesthetic equipment manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and resellers.
• Collaborate directly with vendors and their clients to design and present financing solutions for a diverse array of aesthetic and medical spa equipment.
• Oversee transactions from the application stage through to funding, coordinating with vendors, customers, credit teams, documentation, and internal operations departments.
• Establish new vendor and end-user partnerships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
• Comprehend financing structures, including equipment finance agreements, leases, loans, deferred payment options, promotional programs, and vendor-driven financing solutions.
• Negotiate lease agreements, pricing, transaction structures, and financing options with both vendors and end-users.
• Assist in the collection of credit information for underwriting and ensure a seamless transaction process.
• At least 5 years of pertinent sales experience in equipment finance, vendor finance, medical equipment finance, healthcare finance, or aesthetic capital equipment sales.
• Previous experience in financing or selling aesthetic, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, laser, wellness, or similar healthcare equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the aesthetic equipment market and the impact of financing on vendors' equipment sales.
• Established relationships with manufacturers of aesthetic equipment, dealers, distributors, or end users are highly advantageous.
• A solid understanding of the benefits of financing for both customers and targeted vendors.
• Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing deals.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing production, revenue, or sales targets.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote sales setting while meeting defined objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with vendors, business owners, credit teams, and documentation teams.
• Proficient in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to funding.
