• Direct integrated communication initiatives spanning earned media, influencer engagement, and social platforms.
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, steering brand narratives, campaign strategies, and cross-channel efforts.
• Manage multiple client accounts and significant relationships with large budgets.
• Mentor and cultivate teams, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards.
• Seek out opportunities for innovation, organic growth, and sustainable partnerships.
• Provide senior-level oversight for audit processes and establish sophisticated audience frameworks.
• Lead the development of thought leadership content and overarching campaign messaging.
• Craft the strategic narrative for client presentations, effectively conveying the vision for campaigns.
• 9-11 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector—preferably with experience in large airlines—ideally within an agency context.
• Strong business insight.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in navigating intricate client environments.
• Ability to provide thoughtful counsel, maintain an executive presence, and propose innovative ideas.
