β’ Lead strategic relationships with clients across various oncology Medical Affairs workstreams.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic and commercial insights that align with client objectives and enhance partnerships.
β’ Ensure successful program delivery adhering to established quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
β’ Support innovative initiatives for engaging healthcare professionals through digital and creative methods.
β’ Foster account growth by recognizing new opportunities and crafting proposals for existing clients.
β’ Collaborate with scientific, editorial, project management, and cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of oncology, relevant market dynamics, and changing client priorities.
β’ Lead account planning, forecasting, and discussions regarding financial performance to meet business goals.
β’ Proactively identify risks and challenges, developing solutions to ensure long-term account success.
β’ Mentor and assist colleagues within the broader client services team.
β’ Contribute to pitch opportunities, proposals, and wider business development efforts.
β’ Report to the VP of Client Partnerships and oversee overall account health and growth.
β’ Experience in a client services position at the Account Director or Senior Account Director level within a healthcare communications agency.
β’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships while providing strategic guidance.
β’ Experience managing intricate accounts, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Strong commercial acumen and understanding of account growth, forecasting, and financial management.
β’ Experience with oncology programs is desirable but not essential.
β’ Background in supporting digital communications and creative healthcare engagement initiatives would be advantageous.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
β’ Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Capacity to collaborate effectively with scientific and client service teams.
β’ Passionate about delivering impactful work that enhances patient outcomes through effective healthcare communications.
