This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You represent VI to the clients you oversee — being their initial contact and a trusted advisor.
• You cultivate strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• You proactively assist clients in identifying and addressing their genuine business challenges throughout their customers' digital journey.
• You are responsible for the agency's annual order volume in collaboration with the Client Partner team.
• You influence the account team's practices to foster an environment of ambition, dedication, and outstanding performance.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in client service, account management, or consulting (either agency or in-house).
• A completed university degree in engineering, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• A strategic mindset coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for digital subjects.
• A natural curiosity about people: you easily connect, listen attentively, and rapidly recognize what is important.
• Proficient in English and possess very good German language skills (both written and spoken).
