This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will independently manage a strategic customer portfolio in the central/eastern regions of Germany.
• You will maintain and develop existing relationships with customers and manufacturers, while actively expanding these connections.
• You will identify potential new customers, initiate contact, and qualify them for our portfolio.
• You will present our comprehensive range of manufacturers and products, as well as our TIM services, both on-site and digitally to clients.
• You will organize and conduct partner training sessions that are practical, competent, and customer-focused.
• You will develop strategic sales plans, identify growth opportunities, and implement targeted measures for business development.
• You will proactively cultivate value-oriented relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating foresight and sensitivity.
• You will be supported by a dedicated internal sales team, with whom you will maintain close communication.
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT solutions.
• Experience in sales or channel management, preferably in the IT sector.
• A completed commercial training, e.g., as a merchant (m/f/d) for IT system management, industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a degree in a technical or commercial field such as business administration (BWL) or business informatics.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and organizational talent.
• Enjoyment of customer contact, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
• A high degree of independence, personal responsibility, and reliability.
• Excellent relationship management and good presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation per year.
