This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with regional PAC providers (SNFs, home health, hospice, IRF, referral partners)
• Manage complete sales processes: discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Foster annual growth within your current account base through upselling and the development of additional facilities
• Leverage Aidin's performance metrics and market analysis to guide consultative, insight-driven discussions
• Provide customized demonstrations that address PAC workflows, intake challenges, and executive priorities
• Communicate ROI — referral growth, census impact, competitive positioning — in a manner relevant to healthcare decision-makers
• Oversee the onboarding process for newly acquired accounts and act as the primary contact during the crucial first 90 days
• Educate users and administrators on Aidin's reporting tools and how to utilize data to enhance referral outcomes
• Manage a continuous portfolio of regional accounts — monitor account health, proactively address issues, and cultivate enduring relationships
• Take charge of the complete renewal process: initiate discussions early, reinforce value, and ensure timely closure
• Keep precise pipeline, account records, and forecasts updated in HubSpot
• Relay market and client insights back to leadership to shape product and strategic decisions
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or sales within healthcare SaaS, specifically in post-acute care, hospital/health systems, senior care, or home health
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing quotas through upselling and acquiring new clients
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities with the capacity to engage with executives
• Experience managing both renewal/expansion cycles and net-new sales cycles
• CRM proficiency is required (HubSpot preferred); proven capability to conduct product demonstrations and close sales independently
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through — capable of managing a portfolio without oversight failures
• Must be a self-starter, comfortable in challenging situations; prior experience with an early-stage startup is a significant advantage
• Coachability is essential for success in this role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
