This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Lead intricate sales processes by coordinating internal teams including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
β’ Employ consultative selling techniques to cultivate enduring relationships with potential customers and Executive sponsors.
β’ Formulate strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and successfully closing significant opportunities within the assigned territory.
β’ Contribute to product strategy and foster partnerships with senior leadership.
β’ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer/prospect data, pipeline, and service forecasts.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives in the Healthcare sector.
β’ More than 8 years of experience working collaboratively with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to meet quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
β’ At least 8 years of experience overseeing long sales cycles from start to finish while maintaining relationships throughout.
β’ 8+ years of experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level across both existing and new business units, while conveying the value propositions of Workday.
