This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and promote services and products that align with the organization’s commercial and marketing objectives.
• Develop proposals and coordinate client meetings for presentations and closing deals.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance processes related to sales activities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with company directors to ensure alignment on business strategies and directives.
• Track commercial department metrics and KPIs, consistently aiming to meet targets and goals.
• Prepare and present management reports pertinent to the role.
• Oversee client retention efforts and follow-up activities.
• Engage in the integration of commercial, marketing, and operations teams, always striving for improved service delivery and refinement.
• A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Commercial Management or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in the described activities.
• Demonstrated expertise in the commercial/sales sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with B2B clients.
• Solid managerial capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience within the technology industry is advantageous.
• Commissions based on performance targets.
