This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their creative vision and functional requirements.

• Establish strong trust with senior stakeholders, progressing beyond mere order fulfillment to proactive advisory and risk management.

• Act as the primary mentor and advocate for our working Rosies.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and client signals to proactively suggest evolving capabilities and solutions.

• Take charge in defining the actual needs of the client and convert complex requests into high-fidelity, clear job descriptions.

• Identify and evaluate top-tier marketing and creative talent, ensuring each Rosie placement aligns with the client’s unique culture and technical specifications.

• Continuously assess and enhance operational methodologies.

• Collaborate with the Group Account Director to spot organic growth opportunities and navigate the client’s internal structure.

• Manage the daily financial oversight for assigned accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative setting, specifically in managing high-touch, complex accounts.

• You recognize the distinction between a good brief and an exceptional one.

• You can engage confidently in discussions with Creative Directors and Strategy Leads.

• You don’t just resolve a problem once; you address the underlying process that led to it.

• You are a solution-focused leader who excels in the ambiguous aspects of a developing business.

• You thrive in undefined situations and take pride in establishing order from chaos to keep workflows progressing.

• You anticipate challenges early and drive practical, solution-oriented results under pressure.

• You possess the executive presence to respectfully challenge a client’s perspective and the empathy to support a freelancer’s journey.

• You are a proactive self-starter who takes complete ownership of account health, thriving on autonomy and quick decision-making.
