This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Lead Account Manager and play a key role in driving growth through consultative sales of our clinical research and laboratory services.
• Work closely with decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotech companies to establish PPD as their preferred provider while making contributions to global health.
• By fostering professional relationships and employing strategic account management, you will assist in advancing the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients around the globe.

• Master's Degree along with 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector, showcasing a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Preferred Fields of Study: life sciences, business, or a related discipline.
• Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of independent travel.
• Strong scientific and technical understanding of drug development, clinical trials, and laboratory services.
• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Exceptional skills in consultative selling, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities for engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating across matrix organizations.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time for client meetings and business development.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
