This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee a portfolio of B2B client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Comprehend client objectives and convert them into actionable briefs for the fulfillment teams.
• Work alongside SDRs, Lead Generation specialists, and copywriting experts to produce integrated campaigns.
• Monitor campaign outcomes, evaluate performance, and present insights in user-friendly client reports.
• Proactively recognize risks, recommend enhancements, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and strategic communication.
• Ensure that deliverables are finalized on schedule, within budget, and align with client expectations.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management and Digital Marketing (Email Marketing experience is advantageous).
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client relationships and projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills—capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for clients.
• A tech-savvy individual who is a quick learner.
• Experience with remote work.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Bonus skills:
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Experience with lead generation tools is a plus: Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, etc.
• Background in CRM or marketing automation.
• Experience in B2B Cold Outreach Email.
• Previous experience in a SaaS or agency environment.
