📋 Description

• Facilitates the company's pipeline by collaborating effectively with field representatives.

• Initiates connections with new clients or contacts, arranging client meetings.

• Propels the RFP pipeline and success rates through proactive lead generation.

• Monitors and updates all activities within the CRM database.

• Assists with marketing efforts, including coordinating meetings at conferences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience (2-4 years) within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Strong skills in territory management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of the industry and related functional areas.

• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
