
Senior ABM, Paid Digital Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and implement FMX's account-based marketing program from start to finish.
• Utilize our ABM platform (Demandbase) as a power user, overseeing audience creation, intent signal optimization, ad delivery, measurement, and reporting.
• Create and execute multi-channel account strategies that integrate ads, content, intent signals, and sales outreach into coordinated campaigns targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts.
• Manage the Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) process from initiation to completion.
• Oversee daily performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and ABM ad orchestration.
• Establish a comprehensive testing roadmap and collaborate with content and CRO teams to enhance paid traffic conversion continuously.
• Work closely with sales and SDR leadership to create a seamless feedback loop regarding account quality.
• Set the metrics framework for ABM and paid channels, delivering regular updates on account status.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 3+ years managing ABM, paid digital, or both end-to-end.
• Proficient in ABM platforms, with extensive hands-on experience using Demandbase (or 6sense / Terminus at a comparable level) as a power user.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI, actively integrating it into daily workflows (creative production, account research, ad copy generation, bidding analysis, and workflow automation).
• Proven success in managing paid digital campaigns at scale (Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social) and achieving pipeline KPIs relative to expenditure.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of comfort in spreadsheets, BI dashboards, and ad platforms for independent performance diagnosis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Qualified, or experience marketing to K-12, Higher Ed, or government buyers is advantageous.
